RETRUN POLICY
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at CustomerOrthoware@gmail.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Mail the photos and videos of the product condition on the given email id.

(Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and start processing a refund.
For exchanges, you will get a free return label to send the product back to us.
Important Note for all Customers:
All refunds will be provided in full minus the shipping fee. We cannot refund the shipping fee UNLESS the order was a mistake on our part.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be in your given bank or Paytm or google pay account within 7-5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Product exchanges are free. We will happily exchange your product for another one of equal value if something doesn't fit or if you simply changed your mind.
To request an exchange, all you need to do is send an email with our order confirmation number, along with the product you would like to change it for, to CustomerOrthoware@gmail.com.
Damages/Defective Items (if applicable)
Products that arrive in a defective or damaged condition will be replaced by us free of charge.
If your product is damaged or defective, please send a picture of the item with a short description of the damage to CustomerOrthoware@gmail.com.
We will review your case and issue a refund or replacement when/where necessary.
